You will partner with Strategy, Product, Sales and Finance to design value-based models, define list prices, floors and discounts, and drive consistent pricing across multi-product platforms.

The role focuses on ACV growth, margin protection and governance, leading complex enterprise deals, and turning market insight into scalable frameworks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pricing, monetization, GTM strategy in B2B SaaS or platform companies.
• Proven ownership of pricing and packaging for multi-product software environments.
• Strong understanding of value-based pricing, tiered and usage-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own Flywire's global pricing, packaging, and contracting strategy across products and segments.
• Develop pricing frameworks with list prices, floors, guardrails, and discount thresholds.
• Lead pricing initiatives for new products, expansions, and major commercial programs.
