• Lead market and regulatory strategy across ISO/RTO regions, tracking regulatory, market, and policy developments and filings.
• Assess new market opportunities aligned with development strategy.
• Serve as subject matter expert on power markets and regulatory conditions impacting portfolio and projects.
• Provide guidance on market operations implications for contracting.
• Build relationships with ISO/RTO leadership, utilities, regulators, and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities to engage early in emerging market/regulatory issues and shape solutions.
• Collaborate with Development, Legal, and other teams to incorporate market intelligence into decisions.
