Job summary

KBR seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to drive growth across Power, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure in the Americas. You will engage hyperscalers, developers, utilities, and partners to shape market strategy and capture opportunities across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires deep knowledge of data center power infrastructure and the ability to coordinate across engineering, project delivery, strategy, and executive teams. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or other relevant field.
15+ years in energy and infrastructure including 10+ years in business development.

Responsibilities

Lead growth across Power, Data Center and AI Infrastructure markets in the Americas.
Build executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, developers, utilities, and partners.
Develop account strategies for long-term programmatic opportunities.
Position KBR early in project lifecycles to influence development and delivery strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and leadership to develop winning strategies.
