Job summary

KBR ISA (Integrated Solutions Americas) seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead growth across Power, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure markets in the Americas. You will develop and execute market strategy, engage executive stakeholders across developers, hyperscalers, utilities, and partners, and report to the VP, Business Development Americas.

Flexible location with preference for Northeastern, Eastern, or Midwestern U.S. regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field. 15+ years in energy and infrastructure with 10+ years in business development.
Proven ability to develop executive-level customer relationships in data centers, power, utilities, and energy infrastructure.
Deep understanding of capital project development and execution processes.
Experience leading opportunities from identification to contract signature (pre-FEED to EPC).
Willingness to travel up to 75% to meet customers.

Responsibilities

Execute the Americas Power, Data Center and AI Infrastructure growth strategy.
Build executive relationships with hyperscalers, developers, utilities, and investors.
Position KBR early in project lifecycle to influence development and delivery strategies.
Drive opportunity pipelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
