KBR ISA (Integrated Solutions Americas) seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead growth across Power, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure markets in the Americas. You will drive market strategy, engage executives, and build partnerships with hyperscalers, developers, utilities, and investors.

Requires 15+ years in energy/infrastructure with 10+ years in BD; travel up to 75%. Flexible location in the Northeastern, Eastern, or Midwestern US; reports to VP, Business Development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field.
15+ years in energy and infrastructure with 10+ years in business development.

Responsibilities

Execute growth strategy across Power, Data Center and AI Infrastructure markets.
Build executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, developers, investors, utilities.
Identify opportunities for consulting, PMC, EPCM, and EPC services.
