Job summary

Affirm in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the end-to-end repayments journey, including how customers manage payments and how the company supports those facing financial hardship.

You will oversee a large, multi-domain product organization of about 15 PMs and set a long-term strategy for post-purchase experiences, platforms, and open banking and credit reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience across multiple domains.
• Deep experience in consumer fintech, lending, payments, servicing, or regulated finance.
• Proven ability to define and execute multi-year strategies spanning customer experiences and platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end repayments strategy and related platforms.
• Transform collections and recoveries experiences and platforms.
• Set vision for communications, open banking, credit reporting, bankruptcy, and hardship capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Analytics, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance.
