Cengage Group's ed2go unit is seeking a Senior Director, Portfolio & Content to lead portfolio management, content development, and portfolio operations. You will shape strategy for a catalog of online programs and ensure profitable growth aligned with market needs.

You'll influence investment decisions, manage large teams, and collaborate with finance and leadership to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and scalable AI-enabled content strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong business and financial competence using data to make investment and prioritization decisions.
• Proven ability to develop and complete portfolio strategies that drive sustained growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portfolio Management team (online course product managers) and the content development team.
• Build insight into portfolio performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for new programs, category expansion, and portfolio optimization.
