Job summary

Cengage Group's ed2go unit seeks a Senior Director, Portfolio & Content to lead the portfolio management and content development organization, overseeing a catalog of more than 1,000 programs and guiding strategic investments.

You will partner with the General Manager and leadership to shape growth opportunities, optimize the catalog, and establish investment frameworks that balance new growth with maintenance of existing offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience leading large portfolios and organizations with meaningful revenue accountability.
Proven ability to develop portfolio strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to develop talent.

Responsibilities

Lead Portfolio Management and Content Development teams overseeing 1,000+ programs.
Build insights on portfolio performance, market dynamics, and opportunities.
Establish investment frameworks for growth, modernization, and partnerships.
Guide portfolio lifecycle management to balance growth with maintenance of existing catalog.
Use data to evaluate performance and inform investments.
Collaborate with Finance and leadership to drive revenue growth and margins.
