Qualifications

- Experience leading a large portfolio with significant revenue.
- Proven ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies.
- Experience managing teams of 40+ employees.
- Experience overseeing portfolios exceeding $100M/year.
- Experience driving growth with AI-enabled content.
- Strong financial and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Portfolio Management and Content Development teams.
- Build insights into portfolio performance and market dynamics.
- Identify opportunities for new programs and partnerships.
- Establish investment frameworks for growth, modernization, or exit.
- Guide lifecycle management and maintain catalog.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership to drive revenue and margins.
- Establish portfolio reviews and reporting rhythms.
