Job summary

Genentech, based in South San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access Insights & Analytics to lead a world-class analytics team. You will partner with Patient Access & Affairs and other functions to translate policy changes into data-driven portfolio decisions.

You will build modular data products, develop predictive models using healthcare datasets, and guide cross-functional pods on access, pricing, and contracting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, data science or predictive modeling in pharma/payor sectors.
• Specialized expertise in U.S. market access, pricing, contracting, and payer analytics.
• Productization of analytics into modular, scalable data products and enterprise decision support.
• Advanced understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement, policies and reforms (IRA, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional alignment across senior stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• Strong modeling skills and ability to translate models into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Access & Policy Analytics to model financial impact of health policies.
• Architect scalable analytics products and reusable decision blueprints.
• Collaborate with CoE to develop models/tools for portfolio investments.
• Lead analytics in cross-functional pods assessing access, pricing, contracting.
• Drive predictive analytics modeling using healthcare datasets.
• Establish KPIs, governance and repeatable frameworks for decisions.
• Advise senior leadership on analytics priorities and portfolio value.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team.
