Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a senior leader to own the pooled plan product roadmap and strategy, aligning short- and long-term priorities with technology, marketing, and service models. You will drive growth for pooled plans (PEPs, MEPS, Exchange plans) across cross-functional teams, manage large institutional relationships, and socialize strategic recommendations with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Twelve years of experience in retirement services, product management, or financial services with pooled plan expertise.
• Eight years of management experience leading development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategy for accelerating pooled plan growth and service model for all pooled plan product types.
• Collaborate across functional areas to document model gaps during RFP and pre-sales processes.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and translate into enhancements.
• Socialize recommendations to leadership on features, profitability targets, sales goals, and milestones.
• Source and prioritize product ideas with pricing, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Lead development and maintenance of large institutional PEP relationships aligning with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with distributors, Finance, IT and other stakeholders on launches and features.
• Provide reporting on profitability, strategy, and product landscape.
• Act as retirement business SME for pooled plan products (PEPs, MEPS, Exchange plans).
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
