Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director, Business Technology Strategy to align divisional technology needs with Pfizer's platform standards and eight Digital Core Platforms. You will lead Director-level Technical Specialists, chair ARB reviews, and ensure programs reuse shared capabilities across the enterprise.

You will partner with senior business and Digital leaders, set technology direction, manage governance, and deliver faster, safer, and more scalable digital solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field with 12+ years of leadership in tech strategy.
• Experience aligning business-division needs with enterprise platforms and standards.
• Proven ability to lead senior technical talent and advise executives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, data, AI delivery, security, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business divisions and Digital, aligning tech direction to platform adoption.
• Drive platform alignment with the eight Digital Core Platforms and standards, driving reuse.
• Lead Director-level Technical Specialists and ARB activities to ensure sound decisions.
• Ensure governance, reliability, and security across divisional technology and programs.
