Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT or related discipline.
- 12+ years in cloud, infrastructure or platform engineering leadership.
- Proven record leading enterprise-scale cloud transformations.
- Deep expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and production environments.
- Strong architecture review, credibility, and influence across teams.
- Experience leading Directors, Senior Managers, Architects and senior tech leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-year cloud and infra transformation strategy.
- Lead modernization across multi-cloud, AI platforms, and data center evolution.
- Serve as senior technical authority on architecture, security, and resiliency.
- Influence engineering standards, operating models, and roadmaps.
- Build partnerships across Digital, Security, Research, and Business units.
- Grow and manage high-performing teams and leaders.
