Job summary

Florida Blue Group is seeking a senior technology leader to set strategy and architecture for Engagement Technology. You’ll drive cloud migration, architectural simplification, and broad AI adoption across products and engineering, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, the AI COE, and Data COEs.

You must be credible with engineers and persuasive with executives, leading a high-caliber team and aligning across matrix environments to deliver durable value today and tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in software engineering/architecture.
• Experience leading cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Hands-on with web/mobile, API, event-driven integration.
• Proven ownership of target-state architecture in multi-product environments.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture across product, platform, and integration domains.
• Lead architecture governance and design reviews for major initiatives.
• Partner with AI Engineering, Data, Security, and Infra COEs.
• Drive AI SDLC transformation and tooling standards.
• Oversee cloud migration strategy and cost visibility.
• Mentor engineers and architects within the Engagement Technology team.
