Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health or business administration; CMPE or FACMPE preferred
• Minimum of 7 years progressive management experience in a large multi-practice environment

Responsibilities

• Establishes system of controls to minimize financial risk and improve patient outcomes, coordinating clinical and business staff
• Oversees the practice start-up process for newly employed physicians and groups under area(s) of responsibility
• Assists in the preparation of budgets by anticipating expected revenues and expenses
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and analytical skills; sets priorities and avoids crises management
• Maintains effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, and the public; presents reports to senior executives
• Promotes exceptional customer service and teamwork within all areas of responsibility
• Demonstrates knowledge of managed care contracting and coordinates with internal departments on reimbursement issues
