Job summary
Omnicell in Grapevine, TX seeks a Senior Director to own the Pharmacy Management System (PMS) and automation strategy (RPA). You will bridge pharmacy operations, process improvement, and technology, guiding governance and roadmap as the business scales to 175+ pharmacies.
Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, standardize workflows, and develop repeatable automation that reduces manual work, improves quality, and increases capacity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in pharmacy technology or automation leadership.
- Deep knowledge of pharmacy management systems and 340B workflows.
- Proven experience with RPA, workflow automation, and process improvement.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience leading transformation across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Own PMS governance, requirements, configuration, and roadmap in partnership with Technology.
- Develop and execute the automation/RPA strategy across SPS and 340B operations.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the operation.
- Scale processes to 175+ pharmacies with consistent quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, 340B, Analytics, Product, and Technology to align priorities.
