Job summary

Tufts Medical Center is seeking an accomplished pharmacy leader to direct hospital-wide pharmacy services, including inpatient operations, clinical services, and investigational drug programs. You will partner with physician, nursing, and administrative leaders to advance patient safety, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Massachusetts Pharmacist License required.
Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of pharmacy strategic initiatives.
Align departmental goals with system strategies.
Oversee medication safety, quality and performance measurement.
Provide executive oversight for all pharmacy operations and clinical services.
Manage financial performance including budgets and resource allocation.
