Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License.
• Five (5) years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads system-wide oversight of pharmacy operations and performance across sites.
• Manages the 340B program regulatory compliance and value optimization.
• Directs analytics for drug spend, reimbursement, utilization, and growth.
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Oversees supply chain strategy, procurement, inventory optimization, and vendor management.
