Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships in pharma services at Director level or above.
• Knowledge of alternative channel models (DTP/DTE) and hub services.
• Proven ability to source and close complex multi-stakeholder pharma deals.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, trade, or patient access services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified new-business pipeline for hub services, specialty pharmacy, and alternative channels.
• Prospect and cultivate relationships with manufacturer decision-makers at multiple levels.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, positioning, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations translating manufacturer needs to service offerings.
• Partner cross-functionally to structure deals that are operationally and financially sound.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in the CRM and update leadership.
• Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity affecting models.
• Represent Fuze Health at conferences and events to build brand and generate leads.
