Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to own new pharma manufacturer partnerships across hub services and alternative channels. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, and lead cross-functional deal structuring with Legal, Finance, and Operations.

You will build relationships with senior decision-makers, monitor industry trends, and represent the company at conferences.

Qualifications

10+ years of business development, sales, or partnerships experience in pharmaceutical manufacturer services or hub services.
Experience sourcing and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior manufacturer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a qualified pipeline of pharmaceutical manufacturer prospects for hub services, specialty pharmacy, and alternative channel programs.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
Collaborate with Pharmacy & Hub Operations, Legal, Finance to structure operationally and financially sound deals.
Represent Fuze Health at industry conferences and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
