Job summary

Our Community Our Kids seeks a Senior Director of Permanency to lead strategic planning and oversight of permanency services across multiple counties. You will supervise Permanency Directors, ensure program compliance, and guide high‑risk decision making with a focus on family‑centered practice.

You will build and maintain relationships with community partners, courts, schools, and government agencies while driving performance improvement and fiscal stewardship within a large multi-county

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Five years of full-time consultative, supervisory, managerial, social service, or related work including complex problem analysis.
• Experience with DFPS or similar child welfare systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans across multiple service regions.
• Direct supervision and performance management of Permanency Directors.
• Ensure programs comply with agency policies and regulations.
• Monitor outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide guidance on high‑risk permanency decisions and case work.
• Foster community partnerships and serve as organizational representative.
• Support audits, quality assurance, and contract compliance.
