Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Director of Preschool Services to provide strategic leadership for the developmental preschool program. You will build the Pediatrics Plus culture, ensure excellence in classroom management, and oversee health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the site.

You will manage team performance, collaborate with the Senior Director on enrollment and coaching, and lead staff in aligning with the company’s mission and core values. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in early childhood or education settings.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements for childcare.
• Ability to develop and implement curricula and staff development plans.
• Strong communication with families, staff, and leadership teams.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and actively lead the company mission through daily interactions with the Pediatrics Plus team, students, and parents.
• Reinforce Pediatrics Plus culture in decision-making for the preschool program.
• Lead and model classroom management and health/safety practices.
• Oversee the direction of the preschool program with a therapeutic/developmental focus.
• Collaborate with senior director on enrollment, hiring, and coaching.
• Conduct performance reviews and onboarding for new staff.
• Attend weekly site leadership meetings and engage in strategic planning.
