Visa is a world leader in payments technology seeking a Senior Director to guide the Payments Lifecycle Marketing Strategy for North America. You will define strategic direction, build scalable solutions, and lead a team of senior lifecycle strategists to drive growth across the client lifecycle.

Based in San Francisco or Atlanta, this hybrid role partners with Sales, Analytics, Product, and Delivery teams to turn strategy into measurable outcomes, optimize campaigns, and deliver compelling

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading marketing strategy and lifecycle marketing disciplines.
• Proven ability to present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Services Strategy team in North America.
• Define strategy frameworks, narratives, and repeatable offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Product, Creative, and Delivery teams.
• Translate strategy into integrated, measurable roadmaps and client impact.
