Job summary

Daymark Health, a value-based oncology company, seeks a Director/Senior Director of Payer Growth to lead national payer partnerships and scale our platform across markets. You’ll report to the VP of Growth and drive strategy, execution, and relationship management with payers through analysis, contracting, and cross‑functional collaboration.

This fully remote role allows up to 20% travel and requires 8+ years in payer deals, Medicare/Commercial experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing payer partnerships with growth impact.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, policies and economics.
• Ability to collaborate across Growth, Analytics, Clinical Ops and Product.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with national payers and managed care organizations.
• Own day-to-day payer relationships from opportunity analysis to contracting.
• Develop compelling payer materials and economic models with Finance input.
• Support cross-functional onboarding from sales to implementation and handoffs.
