Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a senior leader to drive comprehensive business transformation & strategic programs at a global level within the Enterprise Cell Therapy Unit. You will shape the transformation roadmap, influence senior stakeholders, and champion high-impact initiatives across R&D and Commercial teams.

The role demands curiosity, analytical rigor, and outstanding communication to advance a bold 2030 ambition while partnering with leaders across multiple therapy areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in operational strategy OR 3 years management consulting experience.
• Superior project management skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure issues.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and resources in a global environment.
• Operational risk management and contingency planning.
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Passion for patients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute business transformation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement lean initiatives.
• Drive synergies, productivity across functions in Cell Therapy.
