Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Sr. Director, Patient Support Services, Lynkuet, to lead the strategy and execution of patient support programs across the portfolio.

This role partners with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance to deliver compliant, scalable hub operations that improve access and adherence. The candidate will drive design, governance, and performance metrics for patient-centric services, including copay, affordability programs, and hub services, while guiding cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with 7+ years in patient support or hub operations.
• Strong understanding of US market access and retail nuances.
• Excellent strategic thinking and executive communication.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across cross-functional partners.
• Experience designing and scaling patient access and support programs.
• Digital and AI fluency to enhance patient support and decision-making.
• Proven vendor/hub management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, implementation, and improvement of patient support services for LYNKUET.
• Design and launch scalable, patient-centric service models amid payer and regulatory changes.
• Mentor and develop patient access teams and external partners.
• Build and improve PSS tech and data infrastructure and CRM systems.
• Monitor operating metrics and provide strategic insights to Product Squad.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract management with Legal and Procurement.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and Learning & Development.
• Ensure programs comply with HIPAA, AKS, OIG guidance, and relevant state regs.
• Champion patient voice and drive interventions to reduce therapy abandonment.
