Qualifications

• Seven years of healthcare leadership experience in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Hospital Operations, or related healthcare operations leading multiple departments, facilities, or large operational teams.
• Experience within a large integrated health system, academic medical center, public hospital, or multi-facility healthcare organization preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement, technology optimization, and revenue cycle initiatives.
• Experience working effectively in complex matrixed organizations requiring collaboration and influence across departments and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for patient access across the El Paso County Hospital District and its facilities.
• Oversee registration, admissions, scheduling, verification, authorization, financial counseling, and point-of-service collections.
• Drive patient access operations, digital platforms, patient experience, and throughput across the district.
• Lead large-scale improvement initiatives and technology optimization in a matrixed healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with hospital executives, physician leadership, nursing leadership, IT, finance, and care management.
