Job summary

DailyPay, Inc. is hiring a Director of Business Development to source, structure, and close high-leverage platform partnerships. This senior role reports to the VP of Partnerships & International and manages the full deal lifecycle from market mapping to launch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales.
• Strong familiarity with payroll, HCM, WFM, or adjacent tech ecosystems.
• Ability to structure creative deal frameworks including revenue share, resell, and embedded models.
• Experience engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Self-directed outbound motion: building a pipeline from scratch and progressing deals.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, qualification, and closing of net-new resell partners across payroll, HCM, and related platforms.
• Build and maintain a market map of candidate platforms and assess fit and competition.
• Negotiate resell commercial frameworks and GTM obligations aligned with DailyPay growth.
• Drive embedding of DailyPay access points within partner platforms serving existing clients.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to move deals to launch.
