DailyPay is seeking a Director - Business Development & Partnerships - Healthcare in the United States to accelerate growth across Hospitals, Senior Living, SNFs and Home Care. This role reports to the Senior Director of Vertical Strategy and balances strategic planning with hands-on deal closure alongside the field sales team.

• Deep understanding of healthcare landscape across hospitals, senior living, SNFs and home care.
• Experience in sales, business development or vertical strategy within healthcare.
• Ability to lead a field sales team in a player/coach capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a healthcare strategy to gain long-term market share.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with CHROs, CFOs, VPs of Workforce, and Operations leaders.
• Lead healthcare business development efforts and close active deals with DailyPay Account Executives.
