Paramount is seeking a Senior Director, Biddable Platforms Performance, to shape and own paid user acquisition strategy across social and programmatic channels. You will guide a team of paid media specialists and manage multi‑million dollar budgets, delivering scalable subscriber and engagement growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in paid media/digital performance marketing across paid social and programmatic channels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the paid media acquisition strategy across paid social and programmatic channels.
• Own CPA and efficiency targets and optimize tactics, media mix, and audience targeting.
• Lead development of audience targeting and consolidation strategy across channels.
• Lead activation of incrementality and platform/channel performance testing.
• Own media recommendations and launch support for key title releases and seasonal tentpoles.
• Lead, coach, and develop the paid media team across social and programmatic disciplines.
• Partner with marketing teams and senior leadership on budget, reporting, and strategic decisions.
