Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale, paid digital campaigns and protect corporate reputation across global audiences. You will own strategic throughlines from insight to creative execution, and guide multidisciplinary teams through complex scopes and budgets.

You will be a senior client advisor, counsel on reputational risks and policy dynamics, and ensure delivery across creative, media, insights, and public affairs teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in agency or comparable client-service roles leading integrated paid digital campaigns.
• Proven track record managing substantial creative and media budgets and briefs.
• Ability to present clear recommendations to C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Set campaign strategy, audience, message, channels, and success metrics.
• Translate insights into compelling briefs and creative ideas.
• Oversee paid media planning and budget management across digital channels.
• Counsel senior clients on reputational risks and strategic decisions.
• Lead multiple teams across workstreams to deliver on scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop managers and teams to raise quality of work.
