Lumen seeks a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to lead high-impact initiatives across GTM segments. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership to design operating models, drive productivity, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Thrives with high operational rigor, is a self-starter, and agile.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives.
• Proactive leader with bias for action and ability to drive results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
