Job summary

RI International is seeking a Senior Director, Operations in Peoria, AZ to lead program operations at the Crisis - Peoria Recovery Response Center. The role emphasizes building partnerships with funders and managing clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality behavioral health services.

The position requires a Master’s degree in psychology or social work, and licensure as required; RN licensure is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure required according to start regulations; Independent Licensure preferred.
• OR BSN Nursing and Active RN Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program participation and participant flow.
• Sign off on clinical documentation completed by the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funders and partners to foster current programs and create new partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual/funding requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with hospital staff, probation, police departments and clinical teams.
