The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Psychology or Social Work, state licensure, and at least five years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited program.
• Independent state licensure required to practice.
• 5+ years of full-time behavioral health experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest care & advocacy: provide group/individual recovery-focused counseling and education.
• Onsite supervisor for team members through coaching and role modeling.
• Compliance & risk management: develop treatment plans and complete required documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
