Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience; energy industry experience a preference.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen across industries and market dynamics.
• Track record of leading and managing complex client engagements.
• Communicate confidently to executives in written and verbal formats.
• Comfortable with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead client work across the full organizational effectiveness spectrum, including operating model and org design, culture and performance, and change adoption initiatives.
• Effectively lead project team to deliver project objectives.
• Scope and define overall problem statement, solution and deliverables.
• Be viewed as a trusted business partner by client and firm senior leaders.
• Rapidly develop understanding of client’s business and how deliverables impact results.
