Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience leading leaders and managing geographically dispersed teams.
Proven success leading oncology product launches and commercialization strategies.
Experience influencing executive-level decisions in a matrixed organization.
Strong strategic planning and business acumen with execution ability.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the long-term external engagement strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Lead Thought Leader Liaison, Clinical Nurse Educator, and Strategic Partnerships teams.
Influence oncology franchise strategy using insights from key accounts and advocacy groups.
Drive market access, policy, and reimbursement engagement with cross-functional teams.
