• 15+ years of experience in pharma brand or corporate communications.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning, issues management, internal communications, executive leadership communications, social/digital media, and product communications.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and work across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global internal and external communications strategy across oncology portfolio.
• Develop above-brand campaigns and messaging to communicate unmet patient needs.
• Advance senior Drug Development and Commercialization leaders' visibility with measurable plans.
• Partner with commercial, medical, and development teams for consistent oncology narratives.
• Lead global oncology issues management and reputational risk mitigation.
• Direct the oncology communications team and manage budgets and agencies.
