Job summary

Ipsen, a global mid-size biopharmaceutical group, seeks a Senior Director for Oncology External Engagement to lead Thought Leader Liaison, Clinical Nurse Educator, and Strategic Partnerships teams. You will shape the external engagement strategy for Oncology, influence franchise directions, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive lifecycle initiatives and launches.

The role requires 15+ years in pharma/biotech commercial leadership, strong strategic planning, and the ability to engage

Qualifications

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading oncology product launches and commercialization strategies.
• Ability to travel domestically (and internationally if required).

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term external engagement strategy aligned with Oncology BU growth and launch priorities.
• Lead TLL, CNE, and Strategic Partnerships teams and drive performance across the function.
• Collaborate with US Oncology Marketing and cross-functional partners to execute commercial plans.
