Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Development in Solid Tumor to lead global oncology programs under the Development SuperHighway. You will shape strategy, oversee partner studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, deep oncology experience, and ability to manage external partners and CROs across regions. Remote work from the US is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or equivalent required, with 6+ years of clinical development experience including 5+ years in oncology.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Working knowledge of international compliance guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for clinical development strategy and plan to meet regulatory and commercial needs for partnership assets.
• Plan and ensure high-quality, compliant results submitted to regulatory agencies.
• Partner with core-team members and Execution Units for study implementation and execution.
• Provide scientific guidance for investigator/vendor selection and trial conduct.
• Offer guidance and training to CRO staff and site personnel on the program and protocol.
• Report on study status, KPIs, and ensure timelines and quality are met.
