Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Field Medical Director to lead scientific engagement across BeOne’s solid tumor programs, including Breast and Lung cancer pipelines. You will build relationships with key opinion leaders and collaborate with research bodies to advance pre-clinical and clinical initiatives.

The role requires 5–6 years in clinical or biotech/pharma oncology, with travel and cross-functional support across medical, regulatory, safety, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of clinical or biotech/pharma experience in oncology.
• Strong oncology background with regional HCP ties.
• Experience in solid tumors is preferred; transferable experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish scientific peer relationships with oncology opinion leaders.
• Facilitate collaborations with research organizations and academic institutions.
• Support medical congresses and investigator selection for clinical trials.
• Provide scientific insights to cross-functional teams (medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory, safety, commercial).
