Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in clinical research.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cross-functional study teams and external vendors.
• Plan and manage studies from feasibility to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee study documents, TMF, and data management plans.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
