Job summary

BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Development in Solid Tumors to lead global oncology programs, ensuring strategy, timelines, and budgets are met. You will partner with clinical operations, safety, regulatory, and biometrics, guiding investigators and vendors to execute high-impact trials.

You will review data, develop clinical development plans, and communicate scientific insights to leadership and partners. Travel ~25% and strong leadership required.

Qualifications

• MD with subspecialty training in oncology (preferred) and Breast Cancer experience a plus.
• 6+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical or equivalent.
• Experience in all stages of clinical trials from start-up to study report.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development programs and vendor management.
• Draft, review and update key regulatory documents and clinical study reports.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biometrics, regulatory, safety, and translational research teams.
• Present data to internal and external stakeholders and build investigator networks.
• Identify process improvements and resource needs to drive program success.
