Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in account management, payer marketing, contracting, pricing; 7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record leading teams and strategic initiatives across complex therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of strategic pricing and commercial contracting strategy, processes and rules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Travel anticipated ~30% between field, HQ, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM and senior leadership to set strategic direction for market access, pricing, channel strategy, and reimbursement.
• Develop and execute evidence-based market access strategies to maximize payer adoption and patient access.
• Lead value proposition development for economic and clinical benefits to payers and providers.
• Articulate brand value stories and integrate access plans into overall brand strategy.
• Oversee GTN management, including pricing, rebates, and discounts by channel for profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate access considerations into product development and lifecycle management.
• Mentor and develop the Access Strategy team and align activities with business goals.
