Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Senior Director, Oncology Global Market Access to lead strategic pricing, payer evidence generation, and global access strategies across oncology portfolios.

You will partner with R&D, Commercial, Medical, VEO, Government Affairs, Policy and regional teams to align payer requirements with asset plans, support reimbursement negotiations, and drive cross-functional market access initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience at pharmaceutical companies, payer or HTA agencies, or related firms in a multinational context.
• 5+ years in an above-country/global Oncology market access role.
• 5+ years in the US payer or access environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide strategic advice on market access and pricing for global oncology portfolios.
• Develop innovative and competitive payer value propositions and pricing strategies for launches and pipelines.
• Align payer insights with evidence plans and coordinate cross-functional efforts (GMAP, VAT) to support payer questions and market access decisions.
• Assist country affiliates in reimbursement negotiations by integrating country needs into pricing and market access strategy.
