Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership in order management, logistics, or DTC fulfillment.
• Experience leading Sr. Director-level organizations, including budget and vendor management.
• Ability to partner with senior operations leaders and translate priorities into technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Order Management and DTC/L2 logistics technology.
• Define multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and Supply Chain 2.0 vision.
• Lead a global, multi‑disciplinary team across onshore/offshore and external partners.
• Governance, KPIs, and risk management for OMS and fulfillment systems.
