Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in program development, strategy, or operations within manufacturing or construction environments, with proven success in scaling industrialized or prefabricated solutions.
• Strong emphasis on strategic growth planning, commercialization, and cross-functional leadership across enterprise functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy for new program development across Modular Products.
• Direct market analyses to identify expansion opportunities and governance of roadmaps.
• Architect scalable operating models and financial frameworks to enable disciplined growth.
