Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Director of Prefabrication & Modularization to lead discovery, evaluation, and strategic incorporation of PP-MOF solutions across our data center portfolio. You will drive offsite fabrication to reduce on-site construction, accelerate timelines, and optimize capex under the SVP of Capex Strategy & Optimization.

• Experience leading large-scale prefabrication, modularization, and offsite fabrication initiatives in infrastructure.
• Ability to quantify ROI, cost savings, and total project value for PPMOF solutions.
• Strong collaboration across design, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate vendors, contractors, and suppliers for PPMOF solutions for data centers.
• Develop quantitative ROI models to demonstrate cost savings and value of PPMOF.
• Assess feasibility, constructability, and impacts on schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability.
