Qualifications

• 15+ years in product design, including leadership of design managers.
• Experience leading multiple design teams across a broad product portfolio.
• Passion for AI-powered and agentic experiences in design.
• Ability to influence executives and collaborate with product, eng, and research.
• Experience building design operations at scale: resourcing, metrics, reviews, tooling.
• Experience managing distributed, global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the design vision and strategy for Alteryx's product portfolio, focusing on AI-powered and agentic experiences.
• Build and run the operating model for a 30-person, globally distributed design organization, including staffing and design-ops processes.
• Direct four design leaders, coaching them to grow their teams and elevate design craft.
• Champion career paths, leveling, and growth for designers and foster a culture of critique and high craft.
