Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Architect to be the strategic, customer-facing technical leader guiding analytics adoption and platform deployments. You will architect complex deployments of Alteryx Designer, Server and related suites, drive governance and modernization initiatives, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver sustained value.

The role emphasizes deep data analytics expertise, cloud familiarity, and strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant, Presales Engineer, etc.).
• Proven expertise with Alteryx Designer and Server; Core Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and database technologies (SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for assigned customers during subscription.
• Advise on data strategies, analytics maturity, and integrations with Alteryx solutions.
• Guide Centers of Excellence, governance frameworks, and modernization initiatives.
• Architect and guide deployments of Alteryx platforms (Designer, Server, AACP, Intelligence Suite).
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success to align solutions.
