Job description

Medford, Oregon Metropolitan Area (On-site) | Full-time | Relocation package offered

About the company

Our client is an award-winning consumer products manufacturer in Southern Oregon, with products sold in more than 60 countries through major marketplaces and national retailers. The company is privately owned, profitable and reinvesting heavily in growth, with dozens of new hires in the last year and an ambitious plan for the next three to five years. The culture is collaborative, creative and family-friendly, and the company has been recognized as a top workplace.

The opportunity

This is a rare chance to build the technology backbone of a fast-growing company. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll own business systems, integrations, data and AI, and you’ll be a trusted advisor to the executive team on the roadmap for growth.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll set the strategy, and you’ll also architect systems, build integrations and create AI tools yourself. You’ll lead a small, capable team and sit alongside them.

What you’ll do
  • Drive the strategy: assess the current environment, build a practical technology roadmap and align it with the company’s operating and financial goals.
  • Own business systems: lead the lifecycle of NetSuite ERP, PLM, PIM, CRM, HRIS and Microsoft 365, plus core infrastructure. Advise on build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Build integrations: design and manage EDI and API connections across ERP, warehouse systems, 3PLs, overseas manufacturing partners, and major marketplaces and retailers, removing manual work.
  • Lead AI and data: build AI agents and automations that save employees time, expand a new AWS data platform and drive AI adoption across teams in the US and Asia.
  • Strengthen security: run a risk-based cybersecurity program with outside experts, covering infrastructure hardening, disaster recovery, vulnerability testing and compliance.
  • Lead the team: grow a small IT team, manage vendors and partners, and serve every employee as your internal customer.
What you bring
  • A software development background, with hands-on experience architecting systems, integrations and automations
  • 8+ years of progressive technology leadership
  • Experience owning ERP and business systems, ideally NetSuite
  • EDI and API integration experience with retailers, marketplaces, 3PLs or manufacturing partners
  • Experience building or deploying AI tools or automations for business teams
  • Experience working across operations, supply chain, finance and sales
  • Manufacturing or consumer goods experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or a related field
Nice to have
  • eCommerce or Amazon marketplace experience
  • Supply chain systems and ERP integration expertise
  • Experience supporting teams in Asia or across time zones
You’ll thrive here if you
  • Like building as much as leading
  • Give honest, professional pushback, and welcome it in return
  • Take ownership and bring solutions, not just problems
  • See feedback as a chance to grow
  • Want a seat with your team, not a corner office
Compensation and benefits
  • $175,000 to $225,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Full relocation package
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Health savings account
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and a flexible schedule
  • Employee Assistance Program
